TECHNICAL & BILLING FAQ
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
At the end of the trial, you'll be prompted to select a plan and enter payment details. If you don't choose a plan, your account will be suspended but your data will be kept safe for 90 days, allowing you to return whenever you're ready.
Does WashBay Pro work without internet?
Yes. Our tablet app uses an offline-first architecture. Staff can continue logging washes and taking payments. The system automatically syncs with the cloud whenever a connection (WiFi or 4G) is restored.
Is my customer's data private?
Absolutely. All camera footage is processed locally on the Edge Device (Raspberry Pi). We only sync encrypted metadata (car make, color, timestamps) to our servers. Raw video never leaves your facility unless you explicitly enable cloud backup.
